QROSÈ BRUT 2011
Alter ego del Satèn, Qrosé shows the dark soul of Pinot Noir and a hint of Chardonnay vinified in steel and barrique. The 2011 vintage deserved 96 months of aging on the lees before the disgorgement also thanks to a pleasant summer and a really lucky harvest. The nose has all the characters of Pinot Noir: small and crunchy red fruits, spices and a smoky note far away. The Chardonnay tames it bringing it full round.
