QROSÈ
Vinifying in pink means maintaining the vinous part of a Franciacorta. We always choose to give maximum expressiveness to Pinot Noir while maintaining the highest proportions, up to 100%. We do it in order to express at best the wild part of this noble grape variety. Low dosage to render it even more austere.

Cryomaceration of the skins for 12 hours for the extraction of color. Aging for a large percentage in worn-out barriques. On the lees the aging process requires at least 50 months.
Disgorgement with filling and dosage of 3 gr/l.
The color results in a light peach with notes of antique Rose. The nose is of wild strawberry with distinct acidic points reminiscent of pungent spices and distant fumes. The mouthfeel is vertical and full, medium-bodied and sharp, with a dry, frank but never necessarily rough finish
