We created a wine without sugars other than those in the grapes. A small challenge that has fascinated the whole team, creating a wine that goes beyond the classic schemes. A Franciacorta without exogenous sugars that declares the intention to experiment and always question ourselves.

The nose is round, tastes of powdered sugar and marble dust with a sweet apple ﬁnale. In the mouth it is enveloping and composed of good character and depth. We like to combine it with sweet fish with creamed potatoes or moscardini with polenta. Excellent with slightly seasoned, sauteed vegetables.
