The perfect statement of the Quadra philosophy. A harmonious encounter between the three main grapes of Franciacorta: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir from all the vineyards owned. The alchemy consists in offering a part of itself to all our FC and then gently gather all the different selections for each harvest. The base wines vinify mostly in steel and in small part in barrique. A very small dosage make it elegant, balanced and transversal.

53% Chardonnay, 11% Pinot Blanc, 36% Pinot Noir, are used grapes from all vineyards. Moraine soils, rich in skeleton between 180 and 230 meters above sea level. Spurred cordon with an average density of 5,500 plants/ ha.
Disgorgement January 2020, dosage of 5 gr/l. Production of about 71,000 bottles.
Aging for 89% in steel and 11% in used barriques. Draft March 2018 and stay on the lees for at least 20 months
Light yellow. The nose has a hint of hazelnut, crunchy almond, tangerine and tea. The mouthfeel is long, deep, round. A pleasant return of licorice. Suitable for creamy dishes such as pasta and light dips. Excellent with seafood.
